The Challenge Agreement
Participation in a funded matter under Lane A is governed by a separate written Challenge Agreement between the pledging party, the subject, and Blue Chip HCI, LLC. The Challenge Agreement sets out the pledge amount, the conditions under which it is released, the sources that will be accepted as substantiation, and the timeline. Nothing on this site modifies or supersedes an executed Challenge Agreement.
Use of the Protocol
The As Stated Protocol is a published methodology for examining public claims. Findings describe whether a specific claim met a public evidence standard at the time of closure. A finding is an assessment of a claim, not a statement about the character, motives, or good faith of any person. Findings are provided for public information and are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
You agree not to use the site to harass any person, to misrepresent a finding, or to present our labels as your own determinations.
Intellectual property
"As Stated," the As Stated wordmark, the verdict labels, and the Protocol methodology are trademarks and property of Blue Chip HCI, LLC. Published findings may be quoted with attribution and a link to the source finding. The underlying primary sources cited within a finding remain the property of their respective publishers.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is." While findings are prepared with care against a published standard, Blue Chip HCI, LLC makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
